He needed a corporate brand created for The Steven Cohen Team, one that was a reflection of his personal brand and his vision for a high-end, white-glove brokerage service. His high-end audience demands a responsive digital presence and elegant marketing collateral, and Steven insisted on work that would attract new local and international clients to the luxury real estate market in Manhattan.
For such a personal project, nothing by the principle figure himself would do. This process had to begin with a creative strategy that reflected Steven’s personal brand, his business values, and his belief that “Experience is not measured in years. To me, it’s the passion you put into each moment that moves you forward”. Our strategy was to employ a clean and understated color palette and visual language anchored by timeless, classic typography. A clean, editorially-inspired grid system brought refined elegance and upscale character to the digital design.
That same ethos extended into Steven’s online experience a responsive website with direct response capabilities that present the Steven Cohen brand, his experience, and the warmth of Steven’s persona. To support the lead generation capability of the site, we created print collateral consisting of listing show sheets and postcards.
