With nearly $1B in sales over an 18 year career in luxury real estate, Steven Cohen’s experience speaks for itself. So we built a creative strategy around Steven’s belief that “experience is not measured in years — to me, it’s the passion you put into each moment that moves you forward”.
After defining the brand values, we began designing the visual language. We utilized a precise color palette, timeless typography and editorial-inspired grid systems to bring a refined elegance and character to the brand.
Once we established the brand building blocks, we created Steven’s online experience — a responsive website with direct response capabilities. The website introduces Steven, showcases his experience and allows users to browse current listings.
We produced a lifestyle photo shoot in a few of Steven’s uptown listings. In the photography we embraced the beauty and character of each location and the warmth of Steven’s persona. We also created print collateral consisting of various show sheets and postcards.
The result provided Steven Cohen with a suite of tools to propel him towards new career milestones and to solidify his status as a world-class luxury real estate broker.
